Through simple expressive exercises, participants will explore ways to settle the nervous system, process emotions and make space for reflection in a calm and supportive setting.
Using paper, colour and movement, the session focuses on process rather than finished outcomes, encouraging participants to slow down, notice what’s happening in the body and express feelings creatively. No experience is necessary, and there is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. The session also offers an opportunity to experience the approach before a longer course beginning in April.
