St Piran’s Festival – Saturday, 7th March

Murdoch Day – Saturday, 13th June
Murdoch Day celebrates Redruth’s global impact as a centre of innovation and ingenuity. Named after William Murdoch, the inventor and engineer born in Redruth, the day highlights the town’s pioneering spirit and its contribution to science, engineering, and industrial progress.It is an opportunity to celebrate Redruth’s past, recognise its influence on the modern world, and inspire future generations through innovation and creativity.
